How much do I have to do?

As an Organizer in the Bureau, you are expected to always uphold the tenants of Thankfulness, though you are given slightly more leeway than the average citizen with reagrds to how you go about it; this is granted in the name of your duty. You should pursue this duty with the utmost rigor and dedication, never stopping or even pauring to think. In this way, you will rise above your peers and your meritorious personality will shine out to your coworkers (perhaps even making you eligible for an award!). Work for as long as you can in a day and always remember to be Thankful.

What about my Division's webpage?

Your Division's webpage can help you by providing you with advice, guidance, or even advance information. However, it is by and large not contolled by the central Bureau. Instead, the Organizers in control of that Division decide what falls between the blue boxes, and they have a large deal of freedom in what they put up. You might be able to edit it too, if you get permission from your Division's leadership! That being said, people in the Bureau cannot edit the webpages of other Divisions, and only those in the central Bureau can edit the Bureau's main webpage -- the one you are reading from right now.

Awards

The "Big Three" Awards

Award of Conspicuous Merit: granted to those citizens who display admirable qualities over all; also known as an Order of Conspicuous Merit.

1st Degree: Awards of Conspicuous Merit, 1st Degree are given to diligent and loyal citizens who qualify for an Award of Conspicuous Merit but are not otherwise exeptional.
2nd Degree: these Awards are given to those who qualify for an Award of Conspiuous Merit and stand out in their field, or have made some great innovation.
3rd Degree: granted to pillars of their community who qualify for an Award of Conspicuous Merit and have greatly advanced the state of their field.

Thankfulness Award: granted to those citizens who show Thankfulness far exceeding that of their peers.

Heroism Award: granted to those who show the utmost bravery in upholding Thankful values.

Internal Awards

Award of Great Promise: given to high-potential members of the government.
Award of Seniority: given for being in the 10% of officials who have been in government positions the longest.
Award of Editorialism: given to those who are greatly successful in the Division of Correspondence.
Award of Persuasion: given to those who are greatly successful in the Division of Public Appreciation.
Award of Vigilance: given to those who are greatly successful in the Division of Kindness Verification.
Award of Thouroughness: given to those who are greatly successful in the Division of Archives.
Award of Effectiveness: given to those who are greatly successful in the Division of Insurance.
